How QUINQ workS.

QUINQ is a family-purchased service that lets incarcerated individuals ask prison compliant questions and receive human-reviewed, AI-assisted answers through secure communication.

Step One

Family purchases a QUINQ (question-inquiry) plan.

Step Two

A QUINQ information specialist (IS) sends an informed consent and QUINQ prison compliant prompting protocols to the incarcerated individual through the prison messaging system.

Step Three

The incarcerated individual sends the informed consent and their first QUINQ to the information specialist.

Step Four

The information specialist enters the incarcerated individual’s QUINQ through a security compliance protocol before submitting the QUINQ to artificial intelligence.

Step Five

The information specialist enters the AI response to through a security compliance protocol. Then, sends the response to the incarcerated individual.
